Jon:

What is happening with the "death spiral" convertable prefferred stock. I see the agreement is being renegotiated. I wonder how many shares will have to be issued and converted to satisfy the preferred shareholders? This could cause major dillution.

Jonathan,
This stock looks interesting, but I'm still thinking about it. One question I have is on the use of the term "Beanie Baby" without mentioning the company name, "Ty Corporation". If your source tells you there is a partnership of some sort with Ty, wouldn't it be better to say that? Or is your source only willing to commit to a beanie-baby-like (i.e., knock-off) deal where the company is not necessarily Ty.

I see you've been taking a lot of heat for recommending YESS. I don't want to join that crowd. My question is sincere. You might want to reply to the thread for the benefit of others but if you prefer feel free to PM me.
