Cruncher much of the legal fines etc. are done and paid by First Marathon there paying many alot, BCSC is trying to also get some cash but there out of luck but are dragging bad press around ; CWA will trade on a following (by the folks that know management is above average) with little public investing due the the bad press maligning.

cruncher; Yes,BCSC's hearing is set on August 5,1999, as NR today indicated. But as every one knows that this hearing is non-event, it has no impact what so ever.

Nevertheless, global market is very shaky right now, Russia stock market down nearly 14% today; RTS down from 1997 550 high down to today 75, DOw was down 135 this morning and managed to go up to down 79. Canadian Loonie broke that .6400 level, CRB index hit 12 years low, gold price testing that $$280.00, VSE down 10 again, today, new low @415+; What can you say for this kind of global market phenomenom, Alan Greenspan will have to low interest rates to rescue this global deflation, even that corn hit 12 years' low.

But as I said, commodity price moves in cycle, up and down, down and up, we are in a down cycle in 1998; sooner or latter this down cycle will be end it will not last forever.
