Limtex, it is the natural progression of things, the strongest will go down last,we have already seen a significant amount of correction in the small stocks. But not until the US as a whole bottoms, will this be over. That will happen after the largest of the European markets collapses, and I expect that to be Germany at the end of the year. The Euro will cause significant uncertainty going into next year.
But little HLIT will survive, and will flourish during this period, holding up its valuation.
I just hope that they can turn it around this quarter in difficult times. A company with 300 employees, sales of 80-100 million is worth much more than 120 million by anyone's calculation. Their times has come,MetroDWDM is here, and will be deployed no matter what the economic conditions.
Just don't hold European mutual funds going into the end of the year. There should be a rally coming,so sell into any strength,in my opinion.
But then again,I could be wrong.
