Jeff,

I have been watching this stock in detail since July. When did you ever buy this guy at .04? Are you able to buy at the BID? Looking at the trading logs for this stock and I do recall days 8/10/98 and 8/12/98 that we had trades at .04 but they were not buys they in fact were sells. I'm only curious.

Jeff how can it be detrimental for shareholders to call in their certs? How can the company benefit from that? I don't know either way. Just a valid question. Please explain.
