Oh... I completely agree that TLC is well within his/her rights to ask SI administration and fellow members to examine Emile's posts... well within his/her free speech rights, in fact.

I'll have to check the terms and conditions that I printed out one time for SI... to save me time, perhaps you could quote exactly which term or condition Emile is violating.
