That is not the final settlement. That is just to honor prior conversions. Then they will still have the "death Spiral" in place, but modified. How dillutive will the modifications be? We do not know because it is still being discussed. Just looked at the 10Q. Significant losses, and major reduction in revenues. Expenses way to high. Hopefully their insurance will cover the $2.25M voluntary settlement for securities fraud. jmt
