I'm still long X-ray and wouldn't consider shorting NIR, just trying to clear the issue up, that's all. In hindsight, i wish i sold at 3.00 and shorted to 1.50 and bouhgt back in now. Would have made for some nice profits, instead of huge paper losses. But what else is new! I heard there was some institutional buying about a month ago, but again this is hear-say. You never know, b/c Union has bought over 400,000 in the last couple of weeks.chris.

Hi xray - Union has been buying for a while as chris says

Canaccord is also involved in some capacity. Market makers? Not sure.

Is this the bottom - could be.

David.

Xray, just my opinion, but I don't think there are any institutions in on this one yet. Too volatile. Where there is no more doubting as to market potential, or even if the product does exist, and the market is more stable, and price is more attractive, them maybe they will move in, but not before. JMO.
