I downloaded the new QP2 prog from qp2.com and got an error message like "can't open package". I then downloaded from qp2b and it installed fine. I also downloaded the virtual prog but it won't install - I get a message like "requires version 1.0.4.2 of qp2". I just checked the file at both sites and it's identical. It sounds like it didn't download completely the first time. As for the virtual, there were no changes and you don't have to re install it, but you're right, the version that was there didn't match the program file, it will be corrected in a few minutes. Gary
