Hi Mike. Agreed! I am not trying to pee on anybodies parade, no offense intended. I was just trying to explain that realistically their are bargains everywhere! This is where MDIN management's ability comes in! If they are successful "dog and pony show people", than they could nail down a JV with a mid/cap for some of these properties. Major's are another can-of-worms, they are getting spoiled in these markets. I am sure that Barrick wishes the Arequipa property was comming up for sale now, and not back when they paid a billion bucks for it! Its a woof eat woof world out there right now!! Management has to be diplomats/politicians and saleman/marketers today to get noticed the Chief
