Deep, Tlab is very overpriced, but it is still worth it for an option trade on this deal. Before Mike Birck lost his senses with Ciena, it was the best managed firm in the telecom area. Mike is now acting a bit like a nutburger, calling AT&T names for telling him they weren't buying before the deal. Huh?! I thought it was his job to get value for his shareholders, in which case he should be sending a basket of fruit to Ma Bell. Anyway, I own long calls on the Tlab retrievers, so we'll see how it works out. MB
