To All,

If anyone is interested, I was contacted and given the following news:

1.) Denning died with a whimper in August 1997

2.) Allan Branch(CEO) resigned July of 1997

3.) Last two board members initiated a Chapter 7 bankruptcy

4.) Negligible assests; remaining assets are out dated and currently held by landlord who is owed seven thousand dollars.

5.) Ray Delissio, who was head of engineering and last to leave can be contacted at K2T Robotics in Pittsburg. reydel@k2t.com

6.) It is believed that Allan returned to Tasmania, Australia and still heads Branch & Associates, 91 Cascade Rd. South Hobart 7004, Tasmania, Australia Phone: +61-3-6223-1065 email: robot@southcom.com.au

This was valid as of January 1998. I am relaying the info given to me by a reliable source at a major university in Pittsburg,Pa.

Looks like its time to wallpaper the walls of my shop with DMRI certifcates or stoke my fireplace. Sorry to all of us who invested and believed Branch's story.
