Listen you two, we may have to send you to your rooms without dinner if you don't start getting along ;(

Once we sink into a discussion about semantics as the "substance" of the discussion on the thread, I start getting worried.

Let's all agree on one core reality. FL will require technicians willing to "research" multiple options for proving the ore content. It will take researchers willing to plunge the depths of "technical" necessities involved in satisfying the mining and investment communities as to their methods. And it will take "patients" on all our parts to see where all this leads us.

Now put down your dictionaries and come out smiling.

DIINGGGGGGGGG

<<P.S. I believe you meant to use the word "accurate" not "inaccurate" in your posting. You are not doing yourself any favors with such writing inaccuracies.>>

IMO, the goal and and intention of any post is the clear and concise conveyance of an idea or piece of information.

Since I understood Larry(and therefore assume most people did) he didnt need to do himself a favor. He accomplished the goal and primary purpose of posting.

It could be argued however, that posting very subtle and cryptic messages that most dont "get", is more inline with not "doing oneself any favors".

As someone whose posts are fraught with unintentioned spelling and grammatical errors, I felt it necessary to defend my fellow grammatically challenged poster.:-)

jerry,

I still would prefer it if you call me larry.....thats what you call me when have talked on the phone and it should work out ok if you call me larry on the thread. As far as mintek and Brian russell go, I talk to brian just about once a week and he doesn't consider himself only to be a technician...in fact he does quite a bit of research. I also correspond with people at mintek and they actively do research also.
As far as my spelling---i went to the mark silvers school of speeling and grammmer......please forgive me!

Larry

jerry,

Welcome to Mintek's WWW server
For more than 60 years, Mintek has been developing metallurgical and
minerals-processing technology for one of the world's richest mining
regions. Southern Africa has an exceptional wealth of mineral resources,
including world-class deposits of gold, the platinum-group metals,
diamonds, chromium and iron ores, the base metals, coal, and industrial
minerals. Through innovative R&D, Mintek aims to develop new and
improved methods for extracting minerals and metals from ores, refining
them, and processing them into value-added products.

Notice the term"innovative R&D" and the mention of developing processes---doesn't sound like a pure technical company to me.

Larry Macklin

I apologize to the rest of the thread for even having to discuss this nonsense but since there is not much else to talk about i thought i would play games with jerry.
