I just wanted to post this post I made on the other board regarding a conversation I had with Gene. To: Mike Peters (140 ) From: Ernest R. DeSaye Jr. Friday, Aug 28 1998 11:49AM ET Reply # of 142 Mike, I spoke with Gene yesterday, and addressed some of the very questions you asked. Let's take them one at a time. 1. The company is not just sitting back and watching. They are starting regional TV spots for Formula 2000 targeting specific areas of the country. I know the New York area is one of them. They are also targeting auto parts stores as well as warehouse locations around the country for sales. If you happen to know anyone that has an auto parts store in your area, or know of any at all, PM me with name address and telephone number and I will pass it on. 2.I specifically mentioned the Puerto Rican release to Gene and requested that they get a little more specific with numbers in their release. He responded that the company would get specific very soon when they release the financials for this company. He said that although they aren't complete yet that he believes they will show a large increase in revenue from year to year and show that Auxer is on the right track. He also emphasized patience. He said this stock is around .10 for a reason, that reason being they are a start up company and it takes time to begin to show progress and he believes Auxer is doing just that. 3. I guarantee you Auxer has employees, I have spoken to some myself, how many? I don't know but I don't think that matters. In my business I have 3 employees, and I assure you I am profitable. 4.As far as the auto parts chain, Gene said that he cannot announce that or the contract will be terminated. They will announce who it is in October. If you read back, in one of my previous posts, I explained in detail why the name of the chain cannot be announced. 5. As far as a promotional campaign, No the chain will not be doing any special promotion except to offer special pricing in their fliers and advertisements. Remember we're talking about automotive testers here ( antifreeze testers, battery testers etc.) Not the stuff a national tv campaign is made of IMO. 6. As far as future plans go Auxer plans to be a fully reporting company, I don't have a time frame on this, but the financials must be done before that can happen. But Gene said that AXGI will definitely become a reporting company. 7. I understand that you are venting here, but remember to have patience. If you NEED this stock to reach .50 or 1.00 in the next month, it's not going to happen IMO, but if you are looking long term I believe in Gene, and I believe in this company and I believe this is a good long term investment.
