Now with 66 million shares in the hands of the management, why would anybody try to buy it out? You cannot even get green mail out of people who are broke.

All:

Wow, take a break for a couple of weeks and come back to way too many posts...

Mike, good work on converting House report. I believe the official MDIN web site will be up and running soon. I've got most of the research report in HTML, and I'm working toward trying to get the House report converted to HTML too.

Jim, count on my shares for a vote. I'm told management is quite receptive about having us represented. I think they understand your J-speak. I nominate you for the board seat. <G> We need someone as honest as the day is long, whose handshake is better than any legal contract. Someone with midwestern values. Yup, you're my man Jim!

Chief, thanks for asking the tough questions and giving many of us an education. Some of them I know the answers to, others I'm looking forward to the answers to, and others I was too ignorant to ask.

Bashers of MDIN...you know who you are. IMO, legally you are history. You're going to lose. You will suffer the same pain that you're inflicting on many of MDIN's shareholders.

I think everyone would agree that the share price sucks, management included. I'm afraid they've lost some good people along the way.

Here's my "mantra" for the next 4-6 weeks...build a road and drill for gold...build a road and drill for gold...build a road and drill for gold.

Hoping to finally meet many of you that I've spoken with on the phone for over a year at the AGM. I think for the most part, the core of us have held together and we will finally prosper.

Cheers,

KMT
