This may be so but,the only real issue regarding this company is its inability to sign business. If the company signs business the stock $
goes up, if not the stock is dead. I hope this is not lost on the company!!!!!! Good Luck

Recent VAN. SUN article stated VSE brokers "very broke and very hungry".Some brokers just trying to get commissions anyway they can, to the point "of selling off anything that trades".Brokers calling clients to frighten them into selling any securities that have bids.CM OLIVER one firm cited as on brink of going under,Cannacord financial problems also mentioned.I realize Y2K sector is in the dumps currently but VSE/brokers are certainly part of the problem with FRX,trading patterns IMO. I've been saying since April FRX has been subjected to more than its share of bear hugging, most of it appearing to be illegal. It is a classic conspiracy of circumstances at the very least, fraudulant trading at the very worst. We the shareholders suffer, call VSE compliance, they will only act on complaints.
