Nope, Joe made reference to the Market in general, when the lovely hostess Susie Gharib asked him that "technicals look weak though, right now, isn't it?" ... then he replied "well, before a turnaround, they always look weak". He further mentioned that "Since when Russia became a dominant economic player? " ... He is right on the money, imho. The trinity: AMZN, YHOO and MSFT can create about 7 Russias on some asteroid, if they choose to, with their combined capitalization! :-) cheers, -/Sonny.
