>> What situation is that? REXI (and others) are good short recommendations by MrPink, but MRVC is not. <<

REXI has a float of 17.7 million shares, yet in the last four days it traded 26.5 million shares. It is also down almost 50% in that time period. MRVC and REXI are totally different situations - isn't that obvious?

The risk of shorting now is much greater than it was four days ago, because of the substantial price slide, and the fact that the only sellers left might be short sellers. Couldn't this result in a short squeeze (that is a question for Mr. Pink)?

With MRVC I feel like I can test the waters with a guy whose identity no one knows.

Don't take it personally. I don't think Mr. Pink will, it is just a rational set of questions to ask.

Thanks, I just read your other post on MRVC. I will be very careful now that I've seen your analysis. But going long is still a very tough call because the issue now is management credibility.

When do you think or expect any accounting adjustments to be made? IMO this is critical information. Perhaps around that time, the stock will suffer most, and if you want to go long, might want to wait until then - even sell now then buy back at that time.

Just MO, but I really am interested in the timing of any adjustments, do you have any ideas on this??
