..of course, the Russell 2000 did not bounce. It ended the day down almost 2.5%. I can't see a "melt-up" lasting if small stocks keep dropping -- but stranger things have happened. Heck, Dell was up 4% today. I guess stock certificates are just colored paper as liable to the vagaries of supply and demand as Beanie Babies.
