Thanks, I've tried what you suggested and its a pain, yours looked so nice and neat I thought for sure you had a better way. I use Explorer so thought maybe you might be using Netscape...
I've tried using a text editor and excel but no better...

Re small orders, I always recall a buddy of mine dabbling in a 0.10$ stock and telling me I should buy some and saying OK get me a 100 shares.... Frankly I very seldom deal in stocks under $5, so Mond is getting very very very low for me,,,

Wisam, I think someone just told their broker to sell their shares. I bought 500 but it is only a part fill on my 5K order. I wouldn't even pick up the phone for a $250 trade. Nothing unscrupulous here. Just taking advantage of an opportunity.
