Steve, I reviewed Symbol Technologies SEC filings for the last year and find no mention of this matter. I guess this could mean that it is no longer out there or more likely that it is not and never was considered legit by them. It appears that any infringement would be related to Symbol's products. The wording in Trackers last filed 10-Q (11/97) says that a complaint has been filed against Symbol and Tracker. This, I believe, is short of a suit or litigation. I would welcome any more definitive information. Tom
