William, not bad today considering the market. Drug stocks did good today, Bmy exceptional, along with Dell finishing to the upside. Could see 130 or better in Dell tomorrow. Probably be somewhat of a down day tomorrow for Amzn.

10% of your $20 billion hedge fund down the drain because you aren't bright enough to avoid Russia?

>> Is Warren Buffett a fool because he took a big hit on US Airways? <<

Big difference between screwing up a company (btw, U soared 20 fold in the last few years), and not being able to figure out that one of the biggest countries on earth is a total waste of time. When you bet on an individual company, you are placing your faith in the competence of management. Screwing up a whole country is an entirely different story.

Russia is just a big, frozen, nuclear waste dump, run by a bunch of crony "capitalists" who sell off rusty tanks and missile launchers so they can holiday in France. The government can't even pay it's workers. Yeltsin is a drunk and Gorbachev was a pawn. There isn't even the slightest inkling of capitalism or free markets over there.

Russia is still a good short on any rally.
