We can call the Transfer agent! DID you see allot of dumping today or more of this whacky trading pattern?

I called the TA again today and talked to them for a few minutes.
The OS is 47 mil.
I asked about the float and he said that it would
take awhile to figure out.
I asked where is the PP that the PR mentioned.
He said sometimes the TA is the last to know.

The float has nothing to do with the lack of price movement. We have a CASH buyout offer for 37.5 cents. The offer was made public and it was agreed to by the board of directors. This thing should be trading at roughly 35 cents. Even without shareholder approval the stock should be trading higher. The investment community knows .375 is on the table and that fact alone should have moved the stock. Have you ever seen a stock not move after a cash offer is made which is higher than the current stock price? I have not. In addition, it doesn't matter if the buyout is real or not. The thing should have moved. The only acceptable answer is that the MMs are manipulating the thing.

I really wish we could have some brokers look into this. Do any of you have a broker that could dive into this matter?
