The OPEC ministers are too predictable. If I was running OPEC, I would scare the bejesus out of the short traders. I would meet and discuss output cuts, and be very visible about it. As Clinton said, sooner rather than later, more rather than less. I would THREATEN to cut production, and would follow through if the threat didn't work.
No more Mr. Nice Guy. Of course, maybe that's the problem, no one is running the show.
