To All: In case some haven't noticed their is a great deal of " flight to quality " currently going on. Quality in this market has been defined as U S exposure only with steady to improving profit margins. Many in the build out and non profit stages are getting hammered! The market needs some stability and WCII will return to its upward positions. My opinion only!

It's what I see anyway.
