Here is the type of SEC action Mr. Pink is referring to in his posts. biz.yahoo.com Investors here should listen to what he says and learn from him. I'm not saying you have to invite him out for a beer or wax his car. I'm merely mentioning that it could be unprofitable for investors to blantantly ignore ANY contrarian opinion. Great investors listen to both sides of the argument and as Cramer of The Street.com often says, never step in the middle of a battle. ...And there is a battle going on in MRVC's stock at the moment.
