Thanks PK for the link. I'm still a little unclear about this gold thing, but I'll try to come up to speed.

His prediction of:

"In a long database, once the securities boom ended, the real price of gold increased for three years, with a gain based annual averages of about 30-40%."

...seems tasty. We shall see.
