FWIW, I believe there the other major hurdle will be "performance and mangement" (I guess that's two hurdles.) If the company signs one or ten contracts it will mean little to the investors if they are not strong on these two items. For your discussion purposes this may have been assumed and you may have been looking beyond that. Just thought I'd mention it.

Yes, that is right. However, TX will have exclusivity over bottoms, which is the most immediately economic and lucrative of RNTK's technological prospects. I expect other deals will follow the TX deal, but they will probably take some time.
