There are still more convertibles out there. These will have impact, however I believe YESS may have negotiated out of the conversion for a period of time til the share price moves higher.

Gruntal was hired to extract the company from the "death spiral" convertable issues.

Still trying to understand the attraction to this one. The company has significant losses, and a major decline in revenues. At this run rate, expenses far exceed revenues, with no profitability in sight. Future revenues hinge on unsigned deals. If the stock moves up there will be a series of conversions increasing float and dilluting current shareholders. Management has agreed to pay a settlement in excess of $2M for securities fraud.

Given all these fundamental facts how can any reasonable person suggest to value this company using Technical Analysis?
