Hoopla. $800 billion worth of global telecommunications pie is
up for grabs.
Let's see, if DGIV just grabs one percent of that, that's 8 billion, isn't it? OK, so I'll settle for one tenth of one percent, that's still 800 million. And a company that is trading under three dollars a share. Can anyone say bargain?
