Gold/Mining/Energy : Naxos Resources (NAXOF) -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Rick: Today's shareholder letter contained the usual lawyerly BS language. It appears the plan is this:

1) Spin off FL into its own company.

2) Naxos will go into the hard rock mining business.

IMO, the recurring theme throughout the letter is that management HATES FL and wants nothing to do with it. However, that the stock price has increased somewhat over the past little while suggests that the plan may have some merit in enhancing shareholder value, and enhancing shareholder value is the only thing I'd ever vote for.

Since many Naxonians on this thread talk to management and other informed parties, any opinions would be appreciated.

Dear Rick,

What shareholder release? Can someone tell me where it is or
what it says?

Rick, Since this is Naxos, if shareholders think this is a really good move, the stock will plunge. If they think this is a bad omen we should break through a dollar and maybe push to $2. If nobody understands a word of it, we might even hit some new highs!!!!

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
