I talked to Ligand IR and SRGN has responded back to the FDA. They are awaiting FDA response.

I am following tonyt's advice. Wait for the knives to hit the floor. He like most of us thought $10 was a good buy but be cautious. I am doing some careful manipulation. Tried to buy some LGNDW at 3 1/8 today, unsuccessful. The market will rally on good news. Of course if bad news comes.........
