Talk about being a jerk, George you fit perfectly. Take an aspirin George not Viagra, it seems to have given you a problem.

Good luck to the long term holders and believers.

Long & strong DCTC.

George,
I have been Mr. Nice Guy for too -amn long with your non-grateful attitude and total lack of any kind of knowledge whatsoever. Boy, you hit it on the nose--you ought to have your stinkin' -ss ouuta' here. I and many others have had it with your total lack of respect for people that have tried to help complete frickin' idiots like you. No wonder your portfolio sucks like Monica's hind end. Hey George--take a poll---see who anyone wants to keep them abreast of this investment. Go ahead George, you gutless --'er. And yes we can verify many things about prior contacts. You have now insulted a gentleman that has put together our Annual report for DCI for the last couple of years and has passed on any commission for doing so. Just another tidbit you didn't know -a-hole. Saved all of us shareholders money by doing so. My apologies go out to Scott for mentioning this but I for one have always thanked you for being such a devoted shareholder and that you are Scott. Oh, BTW, Georgie Porgie, another 83 requests to be added to my E-Mail. How many did you get? Just last night and today BTW.
Now, do you really remember a few other things like putting stuff out from the CEO that was not an official press release. Maybe everyone should click on your name and see how you bring private E-Mails from a CEO to that particular board that starts with the symbol N and give advice such as "slam dunk", etc. Ummm--you frickin' hypocrite to the nth degree.
SIDEBAR TO EVERYONE ELSE---MY SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR STOOPING TO THIS LEVEL BUT SOMETIMES -HIT BEGETS -HIT AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS KIND OF SLANDER. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU KNOW HOW HARD I HAVE WORKED AND SO HAVE A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF FRIENDS THAT HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THIS BOARD.

george,

"most of you pathetic whiners" - Who would that be george?

"very substantial paper losses on this dog" - george, based on your previous post you some how now have a clear "theory whisper" of how the sellers are operating. So why not sell now? After all, in your words this is a DOG stock.

"cheerleading" - george, george, he's are man if he can't lead us to the promise land, no one can. george, in the past two and a half years I have know Mr. Murphy he has always followed thru on his intentions to build this company for his shareholders and his family. I have never met a CEO so dedicated to his shareholders. You can insult me, and my parents if you wish, but I believe you are COMPLETELY WRONG about Mr. Murphy.

"because Alpha Products, R & D Scientific, DCI UK, Muller Media, Convertible Preferreds, and who knows what else, surely hasn't done squat for us" - george, if you had been around for the last two and a half years you would know that every single one of the above mentioned was a BIG STEPPING stone to something greater. george, please don't confuse "greater" with stock price.

"You keep suggesting that I am in some secret cabal with the CC folks" - george, you suggested that. I believe I said that your boys were whispering in your ear. (period)

"or the folks who had the convertible preferreds" - george, I believe that the convertible preferreds have been covered quite extensively on these boards.

"or just simply a lot of folks who are totally fed up with the Company's apparent inability to do anything to positively affect share price" - george, could be. If so, let them. It is their decision and their responsibility. (period) However, don't confuse company performance with share price.

"and, speaking of originality, where's yours" - george, "it's right here right now", I believe that a song? Grupo? And george, Grupo is a TRUE gentleman. I am grateful for his selflessness everyday. Thank you Grupo.

"can't wait until I can dump and run from this disaster" - george, what have you been doing?

george, I totally disagree with you posts. (period)

--------------------------------------------

Folks,

Look at the company.

Look at the filings on Edgar.

Make a educated decision on the facts of the company and not the current stock price.

Most important, make YOUR OWN DECISION.

R. Scott Spaulding

George, Your reason for being upset with everything concerning DCI right now seems to revolve around our current share price. As you pointed out, you have a "paper loss" (as do I and I am sure many others which you don't seem moaning and groaning about our share price). Our current share is only important if a person is wanting to sell his shares NOW. Our stock price can go to .01 but if Murphy completes his goal and we see $10, that event means little or nothing to most of us. My only concern about our current share price would be whether it could keep deals from getting signed and my research indicates that it should not have any effect so my only other concern is to find unbroken piggy banks with which to buy more shares at these levels. (G) If the current share price makes you angry I suggest you find some other way to blow off steam than to unfairly attack long term faithful DCTC members such as Brad and Scott who have contributed much, and you owe those folks an apology IMO.

All of the Covertible series raised needed cash for DCI and I do not resent those shares having been sold into our float. I do hope we will be able to use other forms of financing in the future, but if not then that's ok too.

What is your cost average on your shares? I think that you will be much more comfortable if you sell next time we reach that level.

James

George,

Whew. Pretty mean. Really now, that was overly flatulent...even for you. Try to keep in mind this isn't a conspiracy against your investment.

All,

After George's last post I just want to be sure everyone knows that I'm George B. not George E.

Onward,

The less snotty George B.

g.e., I just now had a chance to read your little tirade from last night. To most this is probably old news and in the past, but to me it is still fresh. You should be ashamed of yourself for acting like someone 60 years younger than you. I would like to think last night could be chalked up to you having a bad day, but your history on this board and others tells me otherwise. You seem to be a nervous wreck of a man who cannot handle your own decisions. To come on this board a berate the fine people that you attacked is totally unacceptable behavior. I suppose with Mr. Murphy it goes with the job (though I certainly do not share your views) but to jump on Brad, Scott, and others is a disgrace. Why anyone would be invested in what they consider a "dog" is way beyond my reasoning. I would hope you would do yourself and everyone else a favor and move on.

We're all hoping for the ultimate sale to
save us, because Alpha Products, R & D Scientific, DCI UK, Muller Media,
Convertible Preferreds, and who knows what else, surely hasn't done squat for us.
I hate to think where we'll be if the current deals don't pan out.

Lets see what we have here...

Alpha Products... original part of DCI. It proved to not work out and the division was closed. End of story.

R&D Scientific... have some good ideas but do not mesh with DCI's overall telecommunications plan. As things for R&D panned out slower than anticipated Joe never consummated the deal. All shares were returned to DCI.

DCI Europe(UK)... This is the underlying division that is working with TWC on the JV. When this deal is completed then DCI will instantly vault to well over $100 million in revenues. This division has always been very intriguing as to what DCI could look like in the next 6 months to a year. Keep a close eye on this.

Muller Media... For DCI to grow and make deals they first needed to have a structure in place that kept the company running at or near no loss. Muller Media was that structure. Muller's continuing revenues allowed Joe the time to change the focus of this company right at telecommunications. Their revenues kept the company running back from Nov. 96 until CardCall came onboard. You may say what have they to do with telecommunications? They may have nothing to do with it but were a means to an end that DCI needed at that point in time. Go back and look at the 10-Q's and 10-K's from before Muller until today and let me know what you see. Lets just look at 4 in particular last years 10-K and this years 10-K and compare them to the first quarter(10-Q) of the following year.

Convertible Preferred... Another means to and end that has worked out well for DCI<IMO>. Joe needed cash for expansion and to close deals and that is what these were all about. This has been over discussed so I will not go any farther.

As Joe Medsker said no company has every deal go right and Joe has shown that he is willing to cut and run when necessary. The share price is where it is because that is what the market will bear. When the seller or sellers are gone then we shall see what happens. I think that the sellers have not done their DD and that type just sells into itself. So be it let them get out of the way and the price could yet go lower before they are cleaned out.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
