To All,

Clearly, there is some strange price action in the stock and has been for some time. Average volume has increased greatly, yet price has generally declined which would indicate distribution.

The issue of Mr. McKay can be solved very simply. Either he is what he says he is, or he is a creation. It should be a rather simple matter for our internet representative to determine. I call upon Mr. Bob Walsh. We elected him, and he has served us well. Bob, could you please determine whether Mr. McKay and his associates are dedicated investors in this company, or a creation?

I, find the market reaction rather interesting. If the selling came from 144 stock, it would require reporting. Perhaps I am wrong in that, but I think that I am not. I think that it is not restricted stock. There have been numerous larger investors over the years, but they have been mostly restricted issues. These should be a matter of record, and if they are violated, then there are legal issues to be resolved.

My thought is that little unrestricted stock has been accumulated at levels lower than here unless it was a very early investor who accumulated a large number of shares at levels much lower than here.

If not that, then what?

I assume an honest market here.

It appears that the company has adequate milled ores and concentrates to process until the broken ball mill is fixed, but I doubt the ability of the metalworker who is fixing it if it takes another few weeks. Perhaps they should hire me at premium rates. It is probably bearing bronze and I could have cast and turned the thing weeks ago. Be that as it may, I see progress here and I await the reconciliation of economic receipt!!

Economic, Jack!!
