Read back over the last few posts and you can see some of us long-termers.

traderdan,

I am holding long (AGTI) primarily because I am down most of my investment here. I suspect that most who are long are wearing similar shoes. As for the future, I believe there are only two options for our company.
First, a huge infusion of cash is needed which will only come from an acquisition by a larger more profitable company that is active in the gaming industry. AGTI can not continue to issue shares on the open market indiscriminately and without end to raise needed capital as the stock price is so severely depressed.

Secondly, the company will be forced into some form of bankruptcy. I can only hope Chapter 11 is still an option if # 1 above does not materialize. Please remember that a company which files for Chapter 11 must provide the courts with a "viable recovery plan". If AGTI goes down this road, we will be held in limbo for perhaps a year or more.

At this point I see no other road to recovery. All of this is my opinion after having followed AGTI for nearly two years.

So, if you are willing to accept 50-50 odds (either buy out or Chapter 11), then buying more stock at this point is probably a good idea. If, on the other hand, one is not willing to "throw good money after bad", then holding what is left is the only option. For those who are of a religious persuasion, prayer might help.

These thoughts are my own and are offered only as my perspective.

Warm Regards,

Chief
