Well your case seems to be the exception than the norm. I, and several people I know, have ordered computers from DELL in the past few months, and they have always arrived within a week at most. In fact they have always arrived earlier than the date promised. We do live in major metropolitan areas, and I don't know whether that is the reason for your delay, as it sounds like your client isn't in one. Perhaps someone else might want to shed light on this.
