Calvary, why is it you and pugs and bmart,<s> do not really want the truth posted here? Do you want this to be a discussion board or are you going to continue with your little games?

It took time to know what your game plan is, shame on you boys!
You are hurting not helping.

Yes I understand what tidbits you know, I know very well the depth of pugs' and bmart's dd. <ggg> 1st Concord does provide a good part of the story.

Your hypothetical assumption is flat out wrong. When filings become current, all suits must be mentioned, as they actually exist. That is required. The standard comment regarding the probable outcome may be included in the filing, from the company's perspective. No sense confusing honest investors about this, as it may not be a big deal but they should be aware of it, or have you guys decided in your game you will control information for purposes later, and it has nothing to do with the current discussion board? <g>

lets hypothesize say a. man had a company called 1st concord,
did a dirty deed, got sued maybe in desperation said i will countersue, now if a. man lets say fled to mexico cuz he knew he wuz screwed and his countersuit was a joke then no i would say
aznt has no countersuits because instead of filing

As I told you before, I know much more than you think.
