it's down tomorrow, and a retest of spx 1056 either tomorrow or friday. all the downtrends in august have been 3-4 day downtrends, with the last day's reversal on a spike down to 1056. (8330-8360 on the dow). no closes below 8400. and asia is opening up red. jef

Monty; Thanks; as a group the Nifty 50 are the only one holding themselves together, today the top 25 was up some and the bottom 25 lost some, but they faired better than the rest of the market. These internals haven't melted down yet, but they could at any time. Cash is king, and the ones playing the smaller caps short should be having a field day. Jim
