Major announcement at 7:00am today and conference call at 10:00am. Mel is set to announce a restructuring of assets.

No details were released but one insider suggested that Mel is planning to sell to investors a minority interest of the broadcasting side. CBS will still maintain majority control over the broadcasting side but it will give people a chance to own the TV and Radio stations without having to own the network.

Hopefully, this will work.

Let's ask Fred but I suspect he (Fred) meant the actual closing price and my guess is closer than that other guess which was made after the open by-the-way versus mine which was before the next days' open.
