Read up on the Yahoo message board. There are some interesting points of view of what may happen.

Although one of the posters (inside_info) predicts a total collapse of the company based on inside knowledge of the customs investigation, I wouldn't discount it too much. The last time some yo-yo posted on the board and immediately disappeared, after predicting something wild, it was discovered he hit the nail on the head (he posted the customs violation about 3 weeks before it was public).

Regardless, there is speculation about the results of the customs investigation, which is dragging this baby down hard, as people fear the worst. The company is not helping much. After indirectly stating the results were not material, the company led people to believe the results would be announced "a few days" after the last earnings report. Three weeks later, or so, still nothing.

I am neither long nor short on this one, but have been watching it closely since the IBD article, where it ran from 17 to 30, down to where it is today (90% off year-high). Got to think IF the customs results are not too severe, this is a good buy once the small-cap decimation appears to be over.
