About six months ago I sold a substantial position in INTC and invested the proceeds in CPQ. Four days later CPQ bought DEC. The advice and direction from CPQ management from that day forward has been poor. The shorts have owned this stock from that day till now. No vision has been shared with regard to Alta Vista. No communication has been forthcoming with regard to channel inventories. The stock has been upgraded by four or five major houses yet no believes Earl Mason anymore. BTO progress has not been reported. Etc. It"s time to hold management accountable. It may be time to bail. Mike
