Gentlemen, why are we all waiting for someone else to do the due diligence on this stock? At 9:22 PM on Monday, 8/24, Zorro posted 3 possibly valid issues that are of concern to stockholders. Two entire whole business days have passed, and NO ONE has posted a refutation of any of the issues based on information from the company. I live in the eastern time zone and apparently work the precise same hours that Jeffrey Volk does. I am unable to take long phone calls at work. So it is almost impossible for me to get through to Jeffrey Volk. I did try to delineate the issues in post # 1087 and suggest some possibilities. After some very serious allegations by Capitalism, there have been exactly 5-yes 5-posts since zookeeper's on 8/21 that contain actual facts from the company or from elsewhere. Many accused Zorro of malfeasance, but NO ONE has refuted him with actual facts. Does everybody live in the eastern time zone? Is no one able to call Jeffrey Volk? On several different occasions, I have suggested topics that need to be explored and thread tasks that need to be done. Exactly two people have either done some task or volunteered to do so. The actual level of due diligence contributed on this thread is very low. A few people contribute the bulk of the information. We're all waiting for Capitalism to do the work. So, let's just all sit back on our collective rear ends, and wait for Cap to do it. And Cap, would you mind hurrying along? In the meantime, we'll intimidate Zorro and run him off. Forget the issues! Does anybody seriously think for a millisecond that someone as unconventional as Zorro is going to be influenced one iota by criticism of his capital letters? There are 3 issues, folks. Possible incomplete subscription of the limited partnership, pending litigation, and walkout by a star after filming is almost complete. Let's address and debate the ISSUES! Regards, Suzanne
