Mike,

Thank you for your response. It is to bad that there are no universal fundamentals in Market life, but the fact that there is not appears to provide the trading edge which so many leverage their positions upon. Despite due diligence one is always vulnerable to being wacked from an angle out of left field which was never figured into the equation. It brings to mind Herman Hesse's Magister Ludi and the Glass Bead Game and Martin Scorcesse's Wise Guys.

The multi-dimensional nature of the market and all of the people who feed there from, the Fund Managers, Brokerages, Investment Bankers, Corporate Management, Small stockholders, Attorneys, the list goes on and everyone supposedly with some Higher Ruling Body the SEC, Bar Association, Corporate Board and Bylaws, GOD, but when the money is on the table whether in the Boardroom or on the Street the knives are just out of view, so let us the buyers beware!

The mind is so complex and facile in it's ceaseless search for opportunity that any clear path or plan that does not ultimately take one beneath the wheels of another minds grander scheme is most likely a delusion. The bits and pieces left after the wreckage are simply more food for the bottom feeders ( Class Action Attorneys). For me it appears all so complex and the rules so ambiguous that I am unable to locate any clear moral perspective.

This all seems so cynical, perhaps it was the days Market events. This brawl may be getting the best of me so I may be looking to take a little air and sit out the next few waltzes but I'll be keeping an eye on the floor for another opportunity to cut in once I've caught my breath.

Best wishes and Good Luck,

Willie C.
