There are a lot of puzzling issues surrounding WWWC. Essentially you are correct in that their United States domicile, banking and server ties, etc. could prove detrimental from a legal perspective. Their best strategy would probably be to operate offshore in Antigua or in whatever jurisdiction the company can get a license. As well, WWWC would need to discontinue all wagering from the US should prohibition pass. That is essentially VGTI's business plan now.
