Ann-thanks for the post. Storm was not as bad as expected. Read my post to Sonny with a link to local reports.

No, I,m not used to it, and yes it is scary. There is always a small cadre of thrill seekers who defy the coastal evacuation orders and stay to see the storm. They interviewed one police chief on the Outer Banks and asked what services they could offer to those who remained, and he replied "We will notify their next-of-kin!!"

Hi Ann, Off Topic, Football.

Well, your Cornhuskers are off and running again, in the hunt for another national championship. Huskers 56, Lousiana Tech 27. But, for crying out loud, can't you guys pick on someone your own size? I mean, Louisiana Tech is better known for their Lady Techsters basketball team than for anything else, right? Oh, I know, learned it from the Oklahoma Sooners. Got to pummel the brains out of as many teams as you can get on the schedule, going for that national, right?

OK, I'm just jealous. I can't find my alma mater until page 12 in the Fall Sunday Sports section. I have to "watch" my Red Sox on ESPN SportsZone (on the computer). They won today!

I've started contributing to the "Bob Brinker: Market Savant & Radio Host thread." Pretty good thread for overall market opinions. Today, Brinker was still bullish, but not making fun of "the bad news bears" at all.

Hope you and the family are excellent.

Tony
