Thanks for your post I am looking all around me here in Europe a sell off latin style I would think that flight to sterling the weakest link in the European economy shows to me how much is all this based on fear, we are seeing Swiss frank higher an indicator of real bearish sentiment, this is kind of thing we use to see in times of Cold war standoffs-- as Russia and Russians go by their life and 75% of transactions still happen in cash the world is worried about the nationalists and communists taking over Russia, in my opinion all this is possible but remote, the corporate profits have never been and shall never be dependent on what happens on these hyped up economic problems which anyway existed.

I would think that the answer to all this can and will only come from numbers indicating strong economy, we shall see them soon coming out today will be the GDP numbers as these numbers indicate like yesterdays durable goods number a robust economy the talks of global recession will steadily give way to more sanity. Any way until such time we need to keep the cover and keep selling calls to buy puts--
