Douglas you said
<<I'm willing to bet that behind this suit is the same disgruntled persons who were part of the Q's current situation.>>

Who do you think is responsible for Quadrax's current plight? In my book the CEO, Chairman and President of Quadrax (i.e JP) takes full responsibility.

From what you say, it sounds to me like JP over-hyped the situation to Sovereign partners and now he is paying for it. The SEC rules are designed to protect investors from misinformation --- whether they are individuals like us or a big investor like Sovereign.

An update on proceedings-the bank who loaned Victel (Victor) is now asking for more money. Meeting in NY with buyers trying to solve this latest stumbling block. The sharks and hyenas are swarming trying to force Q into selling for $800K-my sense is these ploys may make current buyers walk. If that be the case-my trust in karma will reward the greedy group in kind. Suit against Palermo is a side bar not affecting reorg proceedings.
