Brad, just as bears are confounded about how irrationally high a bull market can go, bulls are confounded about how irrationally low a bear market can sink.

Also individuals in their own companies don't take into account market risk, which overpowers individual valuations - both up and down

Brad,

The Russell 2000 is in the crapper - a dyed in the wool bear market for small caps. These may be great companies with enthusiastic management who feels their stock is a bargain, but that light at the end of the tunnel is the Norfolk Southern about to make them one with the tracks. JMHO.
