Well, if it comes down to fraud...always look at the CEO's credentials I guess. Look at the muscle behind WINR I picked up today: "Dr. David C. Skinner, Sr., the President's father, has served as a consultant to WINR. Dr. Skinner was once the Assistant Chief of the IRS Criminal Division in Jacksonville, Florida. From 1964 through 1978 he was involved with the Criminal Investigation Division of the Treasury specifically related to the Tax Division Department of Justice regarding organized crime strike force. In addition, he worked with reference to systems technology involving financial transactions and creation of databases with an Information Gathering Retrieval Unit, which was established with a U.S. Government Strike Force." It doesn't get much more credible than that! We just need to find more stocks with IRS and SEC former employees running the show. -DavidCG

Daddy, as you and others are very well aware, I am VERY judicious with the use of the term liar. I have used it only once on this thread in describing the actions of others. I agree completely that TGW has repeatedly posted untruths (in fact, in a previous post, I explicitly documented numerous untruths of his). However, I have restrained from using the "L" word in describing him because I am not absolutely positive about his state of mind. You see, Daddy, I define a liar as someone who knowingly and intentionally misrepresents material facts. Although our friend has clearly satisfied the second part of my definition, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt on the first part. It is difficult to gauge the state of mind of someone who has posted as frequently and one-sided as he has without any financial interest whatsoever. ...Just my opinion... GO BIG RED!!!
