>> How do you suppose that the anti-christ will be able to defile the Temple if the Jews do not re-build it?<<

You speak of the antichrist. The only reference of the antichrist in three versions(KGV, NIV, NASV)are the ones listed below. If you are speaking of satan, it is my belief he is loosed on the earth right now.

(1 John 2:18-19 KJV) Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

(1 John 2:21-22 KJV) I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

(1 John 4:2-3 KJV) Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

(2 John 1:7-8 KJV) For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.

What do you suppose James meant as recorded in the 15th chapter of Acts printed below?

(Acts 15:13 KJV) And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me:

(Acts 15:14 KJV) Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

(Acts 15:15 KJV) And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

(Acts 15:16 KJV) After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

(Acts 15:17 KJV) That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.

(Acts 15:18 KJV) Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

(Acts 15:19 KJV) Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:

It looks to me as if this is past tense ie (turned to God) so he is not speaking of a physical tabernacle, but a spiritual tabernacle where God is the center and Christ is King.

Revelation 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

Do not think I know all there is. God has not revealed all to me yet, only what I can handle, and so being that, I will also pray for the full salvation of the elect. There is in my opinion only one foundational issue here and that is that we must take on faith that Christ is Lord and our way to the Father.
