John, the script was written in May when TPII did the convertible. You were here then, you know what I and Ice Cube wrote about it. The 90 day restriction period is now over and I presume Kernaghan wants to convert as soon as the SB2 is approved by the SEC, which, I'm guessing is a done deal but won't be filed until the day of the conversion. Recall that the conversion price is the average over a five day period. My guess is we are somewhere in that five day period, most likely days 1, 2 or 3. After day 5, you'll see huge volume and the price will shoot back up. For it is written... :=) - Jeff
